Sanjay comes from a diverse industry background of over 3 decades. He has led large teams as part of senior leadership with complex business operations. He’s a strategic and transformational leader who has managed large P&L successfully.
His creative and engaging leadership has earned him accolades and recognition within and outside the industry. Business development is one his core strength and is proud to associate himself with the business Sales fraternity.
Previously he has been associated with companies that are leaders in their space. G4S, Max Life Insurance, Orion Secure, Sterling Holiday are a few companies he’s been associated with in the past.
In his leisure time, he is seen with a book or a journal. Sanjay is a fitness enthusiast and an advocate of positivity. His mantra for life is: When Was the Last Time You Did Something for the First Time!
Abhay Khatri
Chief Business Officer
With 21 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, and Strategy, Abhay Khatri has worked across Insurance, FMCG, and Security sectors with renowned organizations like Securitas, G4S, Orion Max, and New Life Insurance. At BCL Group, he leads Sales & Marketing initiatives, driving growth, client partnerships, and our position as a trusted leader in Integrated Security and Facility Management solutions.

With 21 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, has worked with reputed organizations including Ernst & Young, Titagarh Wagon, and Simplex Infrastructure. Skilled in finance, audit, taxation, and compliance, brings financial leadership, process excellence, and strategic expertise to the team, ensuring efficiency, regulatory adherence, and sustainable business growth.

With 32 years of experience in the security and facility management industry, has held leadership roles across Securitas, G4S, and Swift Securitas.
